Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and this will be agreed upon with the customer at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product you purchase.

  • Prints:
    • UK: Sent via Royal Mail 24-hour Tracked
    • International: Sent via Royal Mail International Tracked
  • Greeting Cards & Bookmarks:
    • UK: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (no tracking).
    • International: Sent via Royal Mail International Standard (no tracking).

  • Prints

    • UK: 1-2 business days
    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • International: 7-10 business days

  • Greeting Cards & Bookmarks

    • UK: 2-3 business days
    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • International: 7-21 business days

Tracking Information

  • Print orders include tracking. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
  • Greeting cards and bookmarks do not include tracking.

Shipping Locations

All orders are shipped from the UK. I currently ship within the UK and internationally to all countries. If your country is not listed at checkout or you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos. While I am not responsible for lost packages, I will do my best to assist you in resolving the issue.
